Sascha, could you please describe your role at Oestreicher?

I am head of the hardware department and take care of purchasing and advertising activities, among other things.

How did you hear about the FISKARS fall campaign and what motivated you to take part?

I was approached by the FISKARS external sales force about the campaign and was immediately drawn to the idea of becoming part of it. The campaign captures the spirit of the times, so we were fully behind it.

How time-consuming or easy was the process of implementing the campaign via socialPALS in your business?

The implementation was very easy even for a newcomer like me and was perfectly supported by the socialPALS team.

How has the turnkey campaign from FISKARS helped you save time and money in the marketing process?

It is a platform on which all campaigns are bundled. The menu navigation is intuitive. We hope to be able to run further campaigns with the support of socialPALS.

How has the turnkey campaign from FISKARS helped you save time and money in the marketing process?

Since the supplier or socalPALS proactively initiates the process and provides telephone support for questions or problems, this saves valuable time.

How does socialPALS support you in adapting campaign content to your own needs and those of your customers?

We didn’t have to make any adjustments as the campaign was very well prepared and could be rolled out straight away. The customers’ needs were addressed, as the topic is topical and affects us all.

What challenges did you face when using socialPALS and how did you solve them?

The biggest challenge as a newcomer was taking the time to familiarize ourselves with the campaign and socialPALS. In the end, we received telephone support with the setup and linking. We then had the same support during the first campaign. The personal contact was excellent.

Do you plan to participate in other Fiskars campaigns via the socialPALS platform in the future? Why or if not, then why not?

We would be happy to take part in the next campaigns if we have the relevant assortment or items.

To what extent did you have socialPALS support? Did you feel you received good service when needed?

We had telephone support. All of our contacts were very friendly and competent.
